Good morning friends! Happy Tuesday! Today, I am SO happy to share with you all about Sprouting Seeds! Specifically, Mumms Sprouting Seeds! These seeds are super yummy, organic and non-GMO!
Sprouts are such a great way to add a twist to otherwise plain foods – add a layer of sprouts to your sandwich, hamburger, or taco. Grab a handful and mix in with a salad, Buddha bowl or stirfry. Or top off a soup or pasta with a little sprinkle of sprouts! Seriously, the options are endless!
Sprouts have been researched a bunch as of recently, and the International Sprout Growers Association compiled documents on the research that has been done. However, the most beneficial thing about Sprouts is that they are literally JAM PACKED with nutrients! So you really cannot go wrong!
Mumms Sprouting Seeds makes it so easy to grow sprouts! All you have to do is place your seed mix in a mesh jar, and soak for the amount of time recommended in its package. Then, rinse the seeds two times per day, until they are grown! The jar makes it SO easy, I highly recommend it. And Mumms Sprouting Seeds lists off the simple directions right on the seeds packaging, so it is simple, straightforward, and super easy!
So far, my favorite seed mix is the Sandwich Mix. It adds such a yummy crunch to an otherwise plain tuna salad sandwich! I really want to try out beet sprouts, partly because they have bright pink stems! 😛
