Uhmmm YUM! This Veggie & Chip Lunch Bowl has me drooling and it’s not even breakfast!
For lunch the other day I had roasted sweet potato and asparagus (olive oil & chili lime seasoning!) – SO yummy and so many nutrients.
I added Natural Sins beet chips for a fun treat! They are so crispy crunchy (like potato chips), but oh so healthy for you! And look at that color!
As well, I added some Beanitos Chips (the pinto bean kind) that are jam packed with FIBRE and PROTEIN!
Of course, what lunch bowl would be complete without hummus?! None!
