This Skillet Cookie has been showing up on my Instagram feed all week and I knew it was something I had to try – my thoughts on it! AMAZING! And a definitely healthier alternative to a regular cookie. On top of that, the fact that it is cooked in a skillet literally makes it ten times better.
Here is the recipe for this delish cookie. However, I did do a few things differently – I used natural peanut butter rather than cashew butter, and nonfat milk rather than almond milk… and maybe a little extra chocolate 😉 still AMAZING!
