Happy St. Patricks Day, Friends! This week I have been seeing so many yummy green foods being posted on all social media and it had me feeling quite inspired! So, enter this recipe for Matcha Crepes! I knew I wanted to do something a little different than a regular green meal, and when I was making crepes the other day, I thought hey – why not?!
The recipe for Matcha Crepes is super simple. In fact, if you have your own crepe recipe, then you can use that! Just add 1-2 teaspoons of matcha green tea powder (unsweetened) depending on how strongly you want them to taste of matcha!

This recipe is so fun! And can be made at any time of year, regardless of whether it is St. Patty’s day or not! But, I’ll take it as an excuse. I love adding Matcha to meals, coffee, baked goods… have you seen my Matcha Donut recipe here? Yum! As well, this would be a fun dessert to take to a potluck! Maybe a green-themed one?!
